Trade Dispute

If a trade dispute arises with another party, we suggest that you contact the other party as soon as possible to help resolve the dispute. Many disputes can often be resolved after direct communication between the 2 parties. If you do not receive responses from the other party after attempting to contact them, you may also try to find out their telephone number to contact them by phone or MalaysiaB2C.com will always do its utmost to aid you in your dispute.

However, please be aware that all information on the other party's company/products posted on the MalaysiaB2C.com website is confirmed and published by them. They are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, and legality of such information. MalaysiaB2C.com does not represent merchant or consumers in any transaction between users of the website, and is unable to make any judgment as to the performance of users in transactions.

Once again, MalaysiaB2C.com neither guarantees nor undertakes that any dispute will be settled or that the results of the settlement will be appropriate.


Return and Refund Policy

1. Goods Quality Defects

If the goods purchased by the Consumer are proven by the Company to be of substandard quality or with manufacturing defects, the Company will exchange the goods if it is within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

2. Goods Wrongly Delivered

In the case that the good(s) received do not match good(s) ordered on-line by the Consumer, he/she must immediately notify the Company within three (3) working days from the date of receipt. The Company will exchange the goods and bear the delivery charges.

3. Goods Damaged Upon Delivery

In the case that the goods are damaged during delivery, the Consumer is to notify the Company within three (3) working days from the date of receipt. Upon approval, the Company will replace the goods and bear the delivery charges.

4. Goods Can Not Be Exchanged-Under the following terms and conditions, the Company has the right to reject any request for goods exchange:

a) The Company believes that he or she does not follow recommended storage instructions, eg. The goods ware kept at an improper place / storage, exposed to humidity and heat.

b) He / She is unable to produce receipt / proof of payment.
 
c) The date of purchase as indicated in the receipt exceeded seven (7) days.

d) The Company found that the goods are not in its original condition, eg. Torn packaging, scratches, dents, dirty or any other sign of used.

5. DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges will only be waived for the following reasons:-

a) Goods quality defect.

b) Wrongly delivered goods or damaged good(s) during delivery.

c) Goods wrongly delivered

i. In the case that the good(s) received do not match good(s) ordered on-line by the Consumer, he or she must immediately notify the Company within three (3) working days from the date of receipt. The Company will exchange the goods and bear the delivery charges.

ii Goods Damaged Upon Delivery - In the case that the goods are damaged during delivery, the Consumer is to notify the Company within three (3) working days from the date of receipt. Upon approval, the Company will replace the goods and bear the delivery charges.

The approval of all requests is at the sole discretion of all the retail business partner with B2C Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
